ACCESS TO THE EVENT
The safety and security of the Katedral family is always our top priority.
Our security checks are carried out by both female and male security staff.
Katedral reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to comply with our security policy.
Katedral is a place of community and togetherness, so no sports team jerseys, or any ideological attire that may cause offence are allowed on the premises.
There is a cloakroom service available at Katedral.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag shall not be allowed into the premises. Please do not bring luggage, backpacks or large bags with you
There is no readmission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re- enter. If you would like to take a break from the dancefloor there are many quieter areas to relax throughout the premises.
Your ticket provides you access to all areas and bars at Katedral, except the VIP and backstage areas.
Customers are required to provide a valid form of photo ID upon entry.
European citizens: ID or Passport;
Non European citizens: Passport
Please note: you must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.
In compliance with the law, attendants must be aged 16 or older to enter Katedral. Anyone younger than 16 or who is unable to prove their age with valid identification will, unfortunately, be denied entry.
Minors under 16 years of age will not be allowed entry even if they are accompanied by an adult and/or their parents/legal guardians.
EVENT AND OPENING TIMES
Most events start at 23:00pm and end at 06am. Please check our events for more info. Opening & Closing times may be subject to change.
GENERAL FAQS
We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa,Maestro and American Express. The latter can occasionally experience difficulties, please let us know in advance.
Cash payments are also accepted, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. There is also an ATM outside Katedral for your convenience.
It is strictly prohibited to bring any food or beverages into the premises of Katedral. Our restaurant, LUST, will be able to meet all your dietary needs, we highly recommend you enquire about the menu.

LOST & FOUND
You can claim any lost property at the Katedral reception desk, during opening hours, or send an email to info@katedralgarve.com. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Katedral.
Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, which are found at the venue, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the GNR (Portuguese Military Police), who will take over responsibility, recording everything on a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found.
Unless the venue is closed or in extreme circumstances, a specific timetable for picking up by email may be agreed between both parties.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
We want you to treasure your experience at Katedral, so taking photos and videos for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed. However, any filming or photography for commercial use is not permitted.
Professional camera equipment is not allowed onto the premises, and you may risk having such equipment confiscated upon arrival at the venue.
Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed on the premises either.
We have an incredible in-house team of photographers and videographers that will document your event and we will share their amazing content on our social channels after the event.
Upon purchase of your ticket for Katedral, you give your express consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and such content might be posted on our socials or other channels, for advertising purposes.
For further info, please check our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please inform our staff and don’t pose for photos.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Ticket holders can ask for a full refund of their tickets by notifying management at info@katedralgarve.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
Once the event has started, tickets can not be refunded, we recommend contacting management as soon as you know you will miss the event.
If an event is cancelled, we can offer to change the ticket to another date of an event equivalent to the cancelled one, or you can request a refund within 48 hours following the cancelled event. Please contact the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt.
Katedral will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENERAL ONLINE TICKETS
Right of admission is reserved.
All attendees must bring valid original ID and in force: citizens of European countries will require a national ID or passport; citizens from other countries will require a passport. Dress code: No flip-flops, swimwear, uncovered torsos, and/or football/basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensibilities, are allowed into the premises of Katedral.
The cloakroom is available at the venue, but limited. Backpacks, luggage or big bags are not permitted (except ladies’ handbags).
Katedral operates an over 16s policy. Anyone under the age of 16 will be refused entry. Entry is not allowed for any minors, even if accompanied by an adult and/or their parents or legal guardians.
Early arrival is advisable to secure admission.
Opening & closing times are not fixed and may change on the day.
Katedral will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.
When consuming alcoholic beverages within the premises of Katedral, we recommend that you do so in moderation and at your own responsibility.
The consumption and/or sale of drugs within the premises of Katedral is strictly prohibited.
Recording and/or photographing for advertising/commercial purposes without express authorization from Katedral is strictly prohibited. GoPro accessories such as selfie sticks, monopods, and other professional photography equipment are prohibited at this event.
It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the premises of Katedral, either the club or the restaurant.
Lineups and set times may be subject to change.
No re-entry allowed, once you exit the venue, you’ll have to pay again to access.
Keep your ticket until the event has ended.
Refund for purchased tickets due to event cancellation can be requested within 48 hours following the canceled event, by contacting the point of sale and/or digital platform where they were purchased. The refund will be processed only if the original sales ticket is presented.
Attendants are responsible for their personal property at all times and should never leave their belongings unattended.
You are informed of the presence of surveillance cameras inside Katedral, which are used to process captured images to ensure the security of individuals, property, and facilities.
By purchasing your ticket to Katedral, you expressly consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and that this material may be used on our social media or other channels for advertising/commercial purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please do not pose for photos and inform our staff.

eTickets can be downloaded and displayed on your smartphone.
There is no need to print your ticket.

Yes. Tickets purchased in advance are less expensive than at the door, therefore, for the best-priced tickets, please buy in advance on line at www.katedralgarve.com
You can request a refund during the 48 hours following the cancelled event, by going to the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt.
VIP BOOKING & ACESS TO THE VIP AREA
You can book VIP table online through Katedral website
Katedral has an exclusive VIP Entrance. While looking to the main entrance on the right you have a door with the VIP Entrance on Top.
Entry to the venue, taxes and bottle service up to the value of your reservation are included. If your order exceeds your pre-arranged package, you just need to settle the difference. Unfortunately, we cannot transfer any unused credit to another event. We do not include complementary services, such as food and shishas.
Once you book a table, information about the maximum capacity for that table will be shared with you. Please fill out the form to make your VIP request.
A selection of finger food is available through the event If you have any dietary intolerances, please let us know in advance. Not included in the minimum spend.
The arrangement of our VIP tables may be subject to change. You will receive an email with the table layout and the price list once you make your request.
We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, MBWAY, Maestro and American Express. ID matching the name on your bank card will be required for anyone choosing to pay via card during the event.
Bookings are fully transferable. You may move the booking to another event or request a refund up to 24-hours before the event except for the Opening & Closing parties or other special events, which require a 72-hour notice.
Please don’t wear flip-flops, tank tops or swimwear. We don’t allow any sports team merch or any ideological attire that may offend.
